  its pretty sweet, i like the first design a lot! i could live with the lettering, not sure if the lettering fits this design for sure however im open to see any other lettering that could balance out the overall design.

     Do you think the lettering is too plain or too big? Do you prefer the top design? I felt that the buildings were getting too detailed and distracting from the business name, so I simplified them.
