Síntese do concurso

We are two real estate companies (www.liwon.de and www.greyfield.de) who are opening up a business to operate the real estate assets we own and would like to offer this service to the market as well. The idea behind the venture is that there should not be a strict differentiation between facility and asset management but that every aspect of real estate maintenance and operation, as well as financial structuring etc. should be seen as a whole. The overall goal is to increase the value of the underlying real estate assets by improving the daily life & operations of its tenants and other users.

We are now looking for a good name for the future company and are open to all kinds of ideas: a combination of the our two existing companies' names, something completely new, something crazy and not real estate connected, something very old school and "institutional"... Its all open for discussion...
