Need help to design the front of a house we are working on to flip. The trees have been cut back, the skylight has been eliminated. The roof has been replaced with hickory brown architectural shingles. Windows will be replaced with while vinyl double hung windows.Tall fixed glass windows in front will stay.
Planning on something with a combination of stone and maybe Hardy board siding. I definitely want stone, but other siding options would be considered. The front door will be replaced. I plan to extend the lower roof maybe six feet to create a porch over the front door. Probably shutters at the windows over the garage door. The double garage doors will be replaced with a single 18' door.

hI i JUST GOT BACK INTO TOWN AND SAW THIS PROJECT. I am currently working on a proposal slightly different to the rest. We have factored in the versatility of the facade appearance, features on the facade and accessibility to the house. Can you please extend the project by another 3 hrs? #extended

  Dody, I appreciate the drawing you have sent, it looks nice, however it looks very similar to what is already there. I am looking for something with more stone, (maybe dry stack). It also has to be maintenance free. I hope that helps.
