We are looking to upgrade the logo to give it a much more polished and professional look.
Since the theme is Avada-based, the logo will "shrink" when animation is activated so the design needs to look great in "normal" and "small" mode.

The size of the current logo is approximately 299(w) x 77(h) px.
You can decide whether you think the new logo should be same size, slightly larger either way, or slightly smaller.
Whatever dimensions you use, we also need a duplicate logo exactly 2x the size of the original logo for retina use.

As you see on the current logo, we have used a single green leaf as an icon of sorts. We are thinking of switching to a single palm tree that would convey the message of relaxation for our senior citizen clients. You also may prefer to use 2 or 3 palm trees instead of one. You may wish to include some kind of drawn in background such as mountains, etc. (We are in Las Vegas, Nevada however, so please, no beach scenes, etc.) See attached for a rough idea of what the logo with a palm tree might look like (we also like the dividing line here as it is thin on both sides then gradually builds up mass toward the middle - looks better than one solid line, in our opinion, but you are the artist, so do what you think looks best).

Finally, the design chosen will also be asked to provide a favicon that uses the icon(s) you use.

One note on typeface, etc.
We do not like the fonts used on the current site's logo. Too generic. The lettering on the attached sample looks better, but we are open minded to whatever looks best. Please remember our audience as it is primarily seniors aged 62 through 75 so nothing super fancy please.

The tagline text should read as follows:

Notice the capitalization. Also notice the word "and" is spelled out. We are not sure whether to have a period at the end of this tagline.

The background for the logo must work for the site. For the most part, this probably means that the background should be clear. We also like the emphasis on the green color, but not too much green - just enough to stand out. The other primary color probably should be something akin to a navy blue (and if you want to use natural tree colors for a palm tree, that is fine too).

The actual logo presented must utilize vector graphics so that it looks 100% the same regardless of its size.
