Hello, we are a "Company of Mediation" and I explain what it means. In Italy (and other countries), before making a claim in a court, it is necessary groped mediation in front of an impartial mediator.
For example, if I quarrel with a neighbor, I can not go right away by a judge, but first I have to go to a "mediation Company", where they create a meeting with the neighbor. In that meeting, the mediator tries to find an agreement. If we do not find an agreement, we will have to go to court.

We have already developed a custom web application that can handle all phases of mediation; now we need to develop a mobile application that implements the functions described in the attachment , including the design of the graphic layout that must respect our main colors.
Necessarily the app have to be a native app, possibly developed with Android Studio and compatible for smartphones and tablet. It will be a nice to have the opportunity to develop native iOS app with the same candidate in the future.

DB access is provided through REST API already implemented, and so it is not required this development.

Source code must be included in the offer.

There's excellent designers, than can submit an excellent design, but have no knowledges of code at all, developer an design are different profiles, you won't get a good design neither a good developer with this budget #increaseprize ! and separate the develop and design projects!

Ho preparato workflow, struttura de dati, azioni da implementare. Adesso ho progetto con drawer, comincio implementare i frammenti.
Fino a lunedi non vedo possibile di finire tutto. Il fatto e' che ho cominciato pratticamente ieri.
Comunque lavoro molto seriamente e posso mandarTi la piccola documentazione che ho fatto e attuale source del progetto. E poi aggiornarti con gli sviluppi. Lavorero' ancora oggi, domani e lunedi.

Ciao, si la grafica deve rimanere sostanzialmente la stessa. La vecchia app non è fatta in Android Studio quindi penso non sia utile, ma se vuoi possiamo fornire il progetto.
