I am looking to remodel my backyard. Specifically, I would like to redo the landscape and add a porcelain tile floor as well as a deck with a modern look. I'm not sure of the cost, and am open to proposals from interested freelancers. The desired timeline for completion is within the next 3 months.

Back yard is more or less rectangular- - about 25 feet from house to back fence and about 55 feet side to side. I want to keep simple modern look. Porcelain travertine or marble floor starting from the house to about to 2/3 of the way towards back fence line, then artificial grass area all the way to back fence,. Back fence - see through glass fence all the way to the floor to maximize the view. and add slightly raised sitting area at the far away corner. Thank you.
