If the new design is interesting and use all the new information provided.
The new design has to keep the logo and the fonts.

For the handover you will be required to provide:
the former design with updated information
all the data files (indd, inskape …) for both version
all the outputed files (A5 pdf, jpegs: instagram, linkedin, facebook) for both version
