I am looking for a freelancer to create a short vlog-style YouTube video for me. The desired length of the video is more than 10 minutes with a reference video running about 30 minutes. The subject matter of the vlog is about the recent Floatingman festival that took place in Liberland earlier this summer. Make me look like a survivor of a crazy human rights violation event and a disaster of a festival.

Project Description: "Left For Dead By a Banned Country!" YouTube Video

Video Flow:

Intro: Teaser with audio of EU ban by Croatian Police.
Liberland Explained: Animation-heavy segment inspired by Nico's video.

Context: Explanation of Floatingman Festival and my visit.
ARC Arrival: Initial Floatingman Festival location.

Venue Change: How to actually visit Liberland.
First Try: Batina border failure with photos.

Second Try: Hungarian route to Croatia.
Croatia Entry: Obstacle-ridden journey to Liberland.

Liberland Arrival: First settlement tour.
My Plot: Tent setup in chosen land.

Croatian Police: Deceptive detainment in Liberland.

Transport: Back to Batina, then main police station.
Interrogation: Audio recordings.

Red Flags: Subtitled police misconduct.

Abandonment: Forced 15km walk, rights violation.

Safe Return: Serbia entry, festival sounds, taxi.

    I will choose who creates the closes thing to a rough outline for the documentary then we will refine the project privately.

    I do not expect full grade work for a competition but the only true way for me to know who is capable of doing the project is to see work produced from someone who has gone through the material and has made a functional draft (low quality is fine)

    I want to see basic fill and scenes for the logical flow of the entire documentary short film. You can fill the entire draft with AI generated voices as the refined version will use my AI voice + real voice.

      I have translations from whisper and other translation services which tell me they were not saying good things. There are only a few major parts of them talking seriously which you can see from the audio peaks during the recording. I am also open to purchasing chunks of the video so it is not a winner take all project since I understand this is a large project with many skills that need to be strung together to make it possible.

    Notes from your submissions.

    +Intro of the video starts out with police sirens and getting detained +voice / subtitles of being banned from the EU

    +End of video is the clapping dancing man + the dancing lady with a bottle on her head for credits / ending etc

    +For any part of the vide where there is raw travel footage the timelapsed / sped up video should be no more than 3 seconds

    +No caption sounds

    +Caption sounds aren't required for the entire video and mainly only the parts that are really hard to hear.

    +No video background music. Many Youtubers have sound effects here and there rather than background music

    +Use of text to speech to introduce scenes is highly suggested in your draft to showcase you understand the timeline to be chosen as the final editor

    I have an eleven labs voice model of myself to be used but I will replace the best script using normal text to speech with my voice text to speech once a final script is decided.

    The 5 hour audio only has about 20 seconds of audio to be extracted towards the end when talking about being kicked out from the EU. You can generate audio to make the Croatians say things if you like but there is a good blurb there of then talking in Croatian wanting to do violent things.

    tell me about voice-over or script, I don't understand the script and voice, but I found some 5 hours of audio recordings that I have to use or generate by myself with the help of TTS. I'm confused. please tell me about the voice-over and script. Thanks

      Use any text to speech to make the script from the timeline I provided. It needs to be done in vlog format so spoken from the 1st person perspective.
