creating a series of sprites out of 3d animation showing soldiers of the 7 years war for the computer game www.thesevenyearswar.com

- 9 basic unit types (infantry, grenadiers, indian natives, light infantry, hussars, cavalry, curassiers, dragoons, artillery [without gun])
between the 9 different troop types there is only few difference in creation (mostly hats and muskets or no muskets)
- the 9 unit types shall be separated into around 115 single units (difference is only the uniform color, e.g. you can use 1 infantry basic unit type with 13 different uniform colors without changing the 3d model, necessary uniform textures should be created - images herefore may be offered)
- each unit type shows 32 directions (in a 10.5° angle) and special animation loops (moving [about 8 animation steps], loading [about 3 animation steps], presenting weapon [about 2 animation steps], fall down [about 3 animation steps], digging [about 4 animation steps], fighting [about 5 animation steps] and simple standing [1 step], cavalry should include slow movement and gallop but only need fighting without fireing [except dragoons])
- every sprite picture should be combined per single unit to a series into one image (1024x1024 where one sprite is 32x32 or alternatively 2048x2048 where one sprite is 64x64)
- background black (0,0,0)
- so all in all the work should end in 115 images including all the sprites which were created out of 9 basic shapes and different uniforms.
- the exact unit combination (what unit type with what uniform) will be announced after accepting.

please find some sample images attached (simple low quality samples)
first milestone is to deliver a free sample of one unit type before continuing.
payment after finishing the whole project (as implementation can only be made if all pics are received as a whole).

Also do you have any particular camera angle you want these from ? Or would a standard 45/45 ortho work for you ?

  hi bacvu, sorry, extension not planned at the moment - but for the first step it is ok if you provide just one 3d soldier pic with one animation step. then i will decide and afterwards all the other animation steps and models can be made.

well mostly you should be able to copy the models and just replace 1 or 2 elements (hat, weapon). i know that eur 190 is maybe too few so please quote what you think it should cost. i am not able to guarantee at the moment as i have no price indications yet. but it is ok to submit only one animation cycle for 1 model right now (e.g. moving of 1 soldier in 1 direction).

Please understand that cheap job is not possible in 3d Design. Guarantee also.

Please guarantee and increase prize. 190EUR is really low for what are 50-60 individual combinations of models and animation.
