I need 800x200 graphics for the top of two google forms. My company logo in included. Use the colors as baseline for the design. Looking for a high-tech look.

I want the graphics to match the concepts being ask on the forms. Here are links to the 2 forms

To determine the concepts/images to add to the form, read the questions. Each image should have the company logo on the left of the image. To verify it looks good please test on “view” mode of a google form to verify spacing and placement.

Concepts: Data strategy, Drive revenue, Spreadsheets, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data tools, Data operations. High tech. Automation, machine learning.

Goal: Make the feeling of discovery. That by answering the questions they will learn something important. Like opening a door to the unknown

Include 1 graphic for each form.
