The design must adhere to the following brief:
- The letterhead must include the logo, phone numbers, address, website and email
- The letterhead must include the words (First Line) "The Nguyen Property Group T/AS Aurora Estate Agents | 654 921 930" (Second Line) "Officer in Effective Control Andrew Nguyen 093721L" - THIS NEEDS TO BE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LETTERHEAD LIKE THE EXAMPLES
- The letterhead needs to be professional, upmarket and unique.
- The letterhead size is A4
- The company font is Avenir Book
- You don't have to follow the examples, they are just for your inspiration. Be as creative as you want

The envelope just needs the logo
