Need an initial logo to be designed which can be used on PowerPoint presentations and email signatures.

Apologies in advance, but this is a rapid production exercise. We need something produced within a matter of days to allow us to issue new company investment proposals.

After the logo is delivered within another 2 months we will need to have other branding material produced, and the logo winner is likely to be the preferred candidate for such additional work.

The business is a real estate developer based in NYC. The working name is Nucleus Developments, or "Nucleus". We focus on Micro Apartments for urban environments, such as Manhattan in New York.

Our developments are new construction, functional, ideally suited for individuals who value the essentials when living in the city, but are willing to accept an efficient balance of space and rental costs. Micro apartments are typically one bedroom units which are 300-450sq.ft floor area. Each unit will have some custom furniture and fittings to allow tenants to make the most of the space provided. The target tenants are young professionals, as well as professionals whom are relocating to a new city and need an easy set up without all the hassle of purchasing furniture etc. The developments typically have communal facilities such as a share gym and shared common room where people can entertain themselves and socialise if they wish with a bit more space.

We would like the designer to consider the nuances of this type of business, and play on the name Nucleus if possible.
