Need a logo and favicon created for my new website. I have attached the current design and name for the site (Dont want the URL posted here). We would like to keep the same color theme in place, but would also be open to seeing some other color palettes. The sooner you can create this the better as we will be choosing a winner fairly quickly.

EDIT: Every entry so far has been different variations of fonts and sizes. I would like to see some outside the box thinking and try to incorporate some sort of logo that can be used within the logo and for the favicon.

EDIT2: This isn't LinkedIn and we are not looking to copy their logo. We would like to focus more on a unique design that can go next to, inside, above, or below our logo and that we can use as our favicon as well. Step up your games guys!

UPDATE: Everybody, this isn't LinkedIn and I don't want logos that look similar/copy LinkedIn. We want more focus on the Favicon but we don't want some random image. I saw one person post what looked like an alien head as our favicon... what the hell? Please be more creative with the Favicon rather than just an "S" or a random image. We want something clean, but memorable. The posts that have not been rejected are just ones that have shown people thinking a bit more outside the box.
