Create a logo for our family boat. The logo must be provided in a scalable image format and available in all black (for use on light backgrounds) AND all white (for use on dark backgrounds). Final images must be delivered in .ai and .jpeg formats.

The logo must prominently display the boat's name "MOORESABOARD". It must also include "Bridgewater, MA" in a less prominent manner. It should also prominently include a letter M. It would be great if the M was somehow styled to look like a nautical image (such as created from boat sails, rope, anchors, compass points, etc.)

The image should be simple but elegant. It will be used as a 2" logo on custom life jackets, flags, and towels and also prominently displayed on a 4' high x 2.5' wide rectangular tan panel on the back of the boat.

All images in the logo must be original. No clip art or public domain images.

UPDATE: The boat is a large PONTOON boat
