Slogan: (3i) Inspire, Innovate, Integrate
Mother Company GAF (Global Academic Foundation)
They will use the New logo for both.
Activity: Educational Training Institutions & corporate training
I am still really confused about the direction of the logo, then I just copy some design idea from outside as your consideration but I still don't know what is the best idea for the logo so really need your help :( :( :(

I will try my best to answer your entire question, so please don't be shy to ask me anything you want to know about.
Your design should be dynamic, unique, creative, and clean
We need a Corporate Identity with it's full branding for the Institute, social media, stationary etc.
