The name of my company is---- "IT" Factor Sales Pro
We are a SALES recruitment firm (slight emphasis on IT sector, however, NOT exclusively IT).
I would like the word "IT" to be illuminated/highlighted in some way (capital letters please). The word Factor next to it (almost same size, slightly smaller). Sales Pro (together) somewhere underneath and smaller.
The meaning of "IT" Factor goes with that phrase: you either have "IT" or you don't have "IT".
Wiki definition~ The "IT" Factor refers to an undefinable quality a person has that makes them CHARISMATIC or ATTRACTIVE in some way.
When people interview for jobs, a certain confidence can be the “IT” Factor prospective employers are looking for. Somehow, an interviewee must STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD as SPECIAL.
Something similar to the picture (attached), but obviously nicer and more professional-looking. Feel free to change the format-- do something completely unique that stands out. Any creativity will be appreciated. Thanks for your efforts!

It's a real shame when professional designers can't lose a competition graciously. Well done Mohammed, your winning entry was original and inventive. I too lost this competition after some hard work but I wouldn't dream of critisizing the winner.

Maybe my logos were not good, I did not even mention, I said that you had a better choice of the logo, but the winning and that you will hardly such a logo somewhere present. I'm trying to study and look at examples of other logos, but unfortunately this means. Once again I say, shame on font and logo because it does not go hand in hand. Regards.

marjanikus82, do you honestly think any of your entries are better than the one that won? you don't even have ONE entry that is considerable or above 2 stars. you should learn to observe from others; and improve/hone your skills. there's a significant gap between your work and the winning entry.

For future entries, please have the four words written out clearly IT Factor Sales Pro, as most of you have done. However, please try and ADD SOME CREATIVE / UNIQUE SYMBOL of some kind above / below / around it, etc. I don't want to just see the four words IT Factor Sales Pro (too plain and boring, I could do that myself). Thanks for all your efforts!! Cheers!!
