Hi All,

Here is the brief:

POWERPOINT TEMPLATE :
- Based on the existing logo and company name (attached)

The template must include different slide types – please see attached and revert to Powerpoint usual templates :
- Title
- Title and content (image or graph)
- Title and text with bulletpoints : three level of bulletpoints
- Chapter header
- Two contents side by side
- Content(image or graph) with text on the side
- Image with text on the bottom

FORMAT
16/9

TYPEFACE:
Helvetica Neue
Minimum font size : 24

SELECTION :
Attached powerpoint presentation to be used as example of the template.

ANIMATIONS
I don’t need sophisticated animation.
Just define :
- a simple and consistent (ie always the same) way text appears on the screen
- a simple and consistent way slide change

BACKGROUND
My companies mission is to put into CONTACT investors with companies seeking capital or to be acquired. It is about finding the right company to be acquired for the right investor.
In the finance world, this is called Mergers & Acquisition.
But What I do DIFFERENT from finance people is that when recommending an investment to my investors I provide guidance on the value and image of the brand, the brand equity and what it take to put the company back on track.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
I speak mostly to SME's CEOs on one hand, and to bankers, finance people and high net worth individuals on the other. No super creative people...
