Hello,
I need a very simple website designed. Here is the idea:
- The overall theme of the website is about the country of Poland, so everything should be in white and red.
- it is about upcoming elections and we want people to share about voting on this candidate: http://kukiz.org/ -- we should have his photo on the top.
- On the top next to the photo somewhere we should also have text: "Dołóż cegiełkę do budowy lepszej Polski. Za pomocą kilku kliknięć możesz na zawsze zmienić bieg historii!"
- Below the top section, it should have 3 points of how it works, with copy:
"Jak to działa?
1. Jednorazowo udostępniasz nam swoje kontakty
2. My powiadamiamy Twoich znajomych o Twoim poparciu dla Pawła Kukiza
3. Zapraszamy Twoich znajomych do dołączenia do akcji"

- Below that, it should look exactly like in the attached file, where_is_your_email.png, where user needs to select his email account and he gets two input fields on the bottom (Email and password)

After user chooses his email account, we take him to a simple page which looks like select_contacts.png that I attached.

That's it!

I also attached simple mockup for the top of the page, to make it clear. Below that mockup please put where_is_your_email.png content.
