This is a brand new start-up company that will be specializing in Website Design and Development.

I am looking to create an exceptionally well designed website to SHOW OFF our design capabilities. A beautiful site with creative, out of the box ideas.

This website needs to look so impressive to attract clientele. No one wants to get a haircut from a barber who has a terrible haircut.

I am looking to build a long term business relationship and outsource all of our work with the freelancer that will make the most beautiful mockup.

I need a freelancer that has excellent communication skills, responsible, listens to directions clearly and when changes are needed, accurately applies those changes.

My philosophy in web design is that the designer must have the freedom to design. I don't have any specific idea of how I want the site to look. I want the designer to use his own creativity.
