Objectives
1) The template should be fixed, so future flyers can just change text and image but the design remains the same with a strong visual identity.
2) Size Should be DL - Landscape and style is modern luxury - it is located at a 5 star hotel

Not many entries with landscape layout. this could also be nice with the logo in the middle image on right side and text on the left side.

Also i am seeing alot of flyers that are duplicating the name of the venue because the logo is being used and then the name again. please try with only the logo.
