** Website Design for the HOME / Start Page - Just the Design, no Coding - PSD is required **

For our new project "WHD", a website for wellnesshotels from Germany, we need a modern but simple (target group also 50 years and older) design.

In this competition, we first want to “find” only the design for the "Home".

So that you have an idea of what to build, first of all 2 links:

https://www.holidaycheck.de/ - One of the largest tour operators from Germany - this is to get the Simple and targeting Design.

https://www.wellness-heaven.de - the direct competition to our project. Please only understand the logic of the site and do not take over the design.

Our project "WHD" should become a platform for wellness hotels from Germany. For the home page is important to us that the user is not directly overloaded and directly leaves the page. It is therefore an important point that all the details are nicely packaged but also easy to find. Just under the aspect that our users can be 50 years or older, all elements must be clear and clean (no minimalist icons or texts).

There will always be the word "teaser" to be found. This is a word for us containing a web page element with e.g. Information about a hotel - a element, which occurs in a variety of different variants but always aims at one ... As much as possible information in as little space, but so many, so that the user knows this is the right one for him.

When making a design, please make sure that all elements are well displayed. This also means that aspirational elements such as hover / dropdown etc. are present, they must also be displayed in the design (active / inactive state).

It is important to us that we find someone with whom we can work together in the long term and who also appreciates the money he can earn from it. We do not need a "Gold Digger" just because we come from Germany.

    There is something else that we would like to correct. In the part of "Offers & Themes" should be displayed elements that refer to the subpage, not directly display the offer or topic itself.

    I would like to clarify an info from the description.
    The "price per night" refers to the combination with an offer.

    Although it is already written in the details, I see that some have probably not read or understood it... The design is for a portal which represents several wellnesshotels, not for 1 wellnesshotel.

      Also do you have a preference on what kind of website it is? Do you want it CMS based, for easy editing and modifications or do you want it to be HTML5/Bootstrp etc
