Síntese do concurso

We are planning on selling T-Shirts online, therefore we need the design.
Attached you'll find 7 Pictures.
Picture 1 is the Primal Head, you will need it for the stick man.
Picture 2 is an example for two frames with stick men next to each other talking, I want this design to have two frames next to each other like this.
Picture 3 is a picture of a person's hand lifting the feathers of the owl, so you can see how long owl legs are.
Picture 4 is an owl getting sprayed with water by someone with a garden hose, also this is the perfect annoyed face for the owl you will need this also.
Picture 5 is a garden hose, just for clarification.
Picture 6 is a sketch for the end result for ORIENTATION, I made it with paint, it's not very good, so please make it look a lot better.
Picture 7 is an example picture of a surprised/shocked baby, you will need the facial expression of this picture.
I want the left frame to show a stick figure with the Primal Head (Picture 1) lifting the owl's feathers (like Picture 3). Make the owl sit on a branch that comes from the side of the frame (frame like Picture 2, or Picture 6) I want the owl to look surprised (like Picture 7) in the left frame please.
In the right frame make the owl look wet, but with the feather's like they usually are (not lifted like in the left picture) and make the Stick figure spray it with a garden hose. Also make the stick figure say "weirdo" with a speech bubble. In the right frame make the owl look SUPER annoyed (like in Picture 4).
PLEASE NOTE:
--You can use colours but you can also do it in black and white
--IF you do it in black and white, please do both, since i will need it for dark and light underground
--If you want, you can do a background in both frames, but make it simple please
--The winning files MUST be vectored, if they are not vectored the handover will be delayed until you send the vectored files.
--I will need every format you can do (png, jpeg, eps, ai, pdf, svg and every other format you can do)

---I have decided to select only a winner for this contest, i feel the motive might be a bit complicated. So instead of winner and possible runner up there will only be 1 winner who will be awarded 75 $
