This Is The Second Version of The Description.
Because I am seeing you most of you have not even read what I wrote.
So; I'll be 'More Simple'; This Time.
'I want to make a New National Flag'.
'A New National Flag for Argentina'.
'Changing Its Name to'; 'Nova Raiden' (Meaning: 'New Land of The Thunder'.
(It's Just A Personal Project For A Book I Am Doing).
So.
What I Need, Is, The Following:

1) I Want A Flag; Standard Size.

2) I Want The Entire Background To Be Of 'A Dark Gray'; or 'Of Black' Color.

3) Whatever Will Be Designed Upon The Background; I Want 'The Main Color', To Be; 'A Bright Neon Purple Color'.
'Like In The Attached Images'.

4) I Want A Really Modern Style Flag.
Really Modern.

5) I Do Not Want Letters; Nor Numbers; In The Flag (For Example: Do Not Write 'Nova Raiden'; On The Flag).

And.
That's Just It.
