Hi, this is a contest for two designs, so please submit two designs together in the same submission to be considered.

The client is a real estate company and wants to show their monthly numbers.
What must be on each design:
- Name of the business (Blue Chip Realty Group) or one of the logos (attached)
- A nice house from San Diego, CA or from the beach, preferably with a for sale or sold sign. You can use preview images from Adobe Stock. If your designs are chosen, I will purchase those images. Or can use the image of the realtor as well, which is attached.
- Preferably, we should have designs mobile-friendly, so more towards a square ratio of 1:1. Square ratios are preferred, but not mandatory.

Numbers to be shown in one design:
