Síntese do concurso

We currently have an email template which we send out to new customers after they transact with us.
This helps us with feedback about our products & services.
This template is currently attached to the body of the email (NOT as a separate file) when we send it.
See attached screen shot of our current template.

Using the same wording, I would like to modernize the look of it. To make it more appealing. Freshen it up.
The fax number needs to be removed (we don't use it any longer).
There is a link I will need to add to the template once it's complete - which I will send the winner to do so.
This link needs to go where it says 'Click here..'
Please remember to include the website, facebook & instagram icons (links for these, too)

Because it's being sent via email the file shouldn't be too large in size. But has to be clear & sharp at the same time.
