We are in need of an accomplished Machine Learning expert to develop a sophisticated Language Learning Model (LLM) with the capacity to fully comprehend human input and generate contextually accurate and meaningful output.

YOUR TASK TO WIN!
Participants are required to fine-tune a pre-trained LLM (e.g., GPT-3, Claude) using a custom dataset that they curate or generate. The LLM should be trained to:

1. Understand and interpret user queries or prompts in a conversational context.
2. Generate human-like responses that are contextually relevant and coherent.

DATASETS
Participants are not provided with a specific dataset. They are encouraged to use publicly available datasets or generate synthetic data to train and fine-tune their models.

EVALUATION
Participants will be evaluated based on the performance of their models in understanding human input and generating appropriate responses. Evaluation metrics can include relevance, coherence, and potentially user satisfaction through crowdsourced assessments.

ADDITIONAL POINTS AWARDED
To make the competition more engaging and challenging, consider incorporating the following elements:
• Multimodal Inputs: Participants can explore incorporating additional modalities, such as images or audio, to enhance the understanding of human input.
• Ethical Considerations: Participants should address ethical considerations, such as bias mitigation and fairness, in their models.

WINNER
Competition winner will receive upto $1000 and a chance to work on a similar project on a contract hire basis which can turn into full time position.

Let me share the task completion process in steps: The very first step is Dataset Curation or Generation based on our preferences or as guided by you.

The second step is Pre-processing & in easy words we can say data formatting such as such as tokenization and cleaning.

Third step includes Fine-tuning. In order to setup fine-tuning we have to select a framework either Hugging Face's Transformers library or OpenAI's API. As well as to choose an environment for it like local machine or cloud platform.

On Fourth stage we have Fine-tune LLM that includes data feeding to the model. After that we have to evaluate that Fine-Tuned Model & in the last we have to iterate on the fine-tuning process based on evaluation results.
