i have an existing 2 bedroom house, I'm planning to build an extension to it.
the plans are ready.
i need a 3d exterior design for it + the existing house and boundary should be modified also to match the new one.

attached are pictures of designs that i liked for other villas to give you an idea of themes that i like so you can freely work on.

i would like to use as much as i can of the roof as a garden or a sitting area and it should be private from the eyes of neighbors ( municipality regulations allow parapet height 1.8 m max )

the car garage design should match the villa's theme

please remember that each room will have its air conditioner and there will be an exterior unit for each AC.. i need it to be concealed and it should be on the roof top and it should be close to the room it serves ( unless you can provide a better option )

water elements , trees and plants and shading in the courtyard and the surrounding setback area would be a plus.

the boundary wall is existing and i also need it to be redesigned to match the villa ( 3 m height )

the plan is almost rectangular in shape so its very dull, i believe having lots of height differences in the villa's roof will have a good effect on the design.
i love Mediterranean/Spanish/modern designs, i don't have a preferred theme just surprise me with your design

in the cad file you will find an elevation of the villa.... this elevation was done by my consultant... i felt that i can find a better design .. that is why i started this contest..so please don't just draw it in 3D

The winning contestant should:

submit 3d rendering and give at least 8 views + a video ( no music please )
submit the final cad file
and any other files used for the project
( IF IN ANY CASE THE DRAWINGS WERE SUBMITED TO THE MUNICIPALITY FOR APRROVAL AND THERE WERE MINOR REMARKS FROM THEM THE WINNER SHOULD ULTER THE DRAWINGS AS REQURED )
