I am the Founder/Director or Finding Your 'y' that specialises in Emotional Intelligence and Inspirational Leadership delivered through Keynote Speaking, Group Training, Corporate Consulting and Coaching. I have designed a tool to show the 5 key factors of Emotional Intelligence, a little about each one and 3 main benefits they deliver called The Complete y of EI. I would love it if someone can format the tool for me, align it all properly and add some spunk to it! It's a circle tool that I would like to have printed on hard card or hard plastic to give to attendees at my sessions to take away with them.
