I am looking for a graphic designer to create packaging design for our prerolls. The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging design and be able to work with small dimensions (less than 3x3 inches). The design should incorporate specific elements or themes that I have in mind. I am open to the designer's creative process and am looking for a visually appealing and attention-grabbing design.

Our company is called Lucky Cultivation.
Our vision for our design for our preroll packaging is a casino slot machine with triple 7's (as the jackpot)
along with our business name on top of it "Lucky Cultivation"
We are a cannabis company so if you can also add in weed plants or smoke in it that would be awesome.
You can get creative as well. Even adding four leaf clovers or a leprechaun, anything that has something to do with being lucky.
