I need a flyer designed for a health and wellness expo

Síntese do concurso

The flyer must be very engaging and visually attractive. Two sided: Information Should be clear and uniform to suit the design.
Flyer Size required (5x7) inch

--Attached is --
1) A slideshow of a few sample images that could be used or recreated
2) A document of the information that can be used on the flyer. Any of the information can be used.

Preferably:
****Front side should contain the words (or) design (-Expo 2013- Health & Wellness) simple design or wording can be used in place of the image provided in the attached document. And the Phrase "Do you know your numbers?" should be placed at the front of the flyer very good visually.
****Any other information or design can be placed by the designer's discretion. The theme "wild about wellness" should be shown somewhere

I like some of the pictures in the photo samples file. They can be used or recreated if necessary. Not a must. But would be nice to have.
1) The first picture would be that's says Health Fair, with the heart the end of the words (Health Fair).
2) The next one is the spinning wheel, that states Wellness Wheel in the middle of the circle.
3) The Wellness with the bubbles that has a various wellness and emotional words in the middle.
4) Definitely love EXPOS 2013. I don't think need to explain why. I think it should be the headliner; in that design or something similar with same words.
5) Last, but not least the heart with all the words in them is not a bad look either.

Finally the winner will need to provide :
1) The layered PSD files or AI files
2) A PNG or PDF high resolution copy of the image

Although it was a tough decision, our human resources dept. has chosen entry #20 as the winner for this contest. The purpose of providing the file is just to give you guys a head start on it. Note: It can be creative but has to have a sleek look as it is a financial "boot camp" for entrepreneurs .
