I bumped up the prize money a bit. Sorry, I cannot make guaranteed because if there is no design that I love, it makes no sense to buy it. But you can do sketches or start with 1 or 2 cats and I will give you feedback and if it makes sense for you to explore this style more.

Hi,

I need 3 illustrated cats representing the following:

First cat: A normal adult cat that is sleeping
Second cat: A baby cat falling asleep/sleeping
Third cat: An adult cat that represents a busy manager who is having a power nap

Some ideas:

1 cat: more or less a typical sleeping cat. maybe with a little "Zzzz.." somewhere.
2 cat: maybe a pacifier could indicate it's a baby, or a teddy
3 cat: imagine you have a power nap, so it could be in an awkward position, with a pen in your hand or in front of a computer, maybe with glasses on...

Those are only ideas, please be as creative as you want. It should be unique, maybe a bit quirky, artistic but generally minimalistic, elegant, maybe vintage but friendly. No backgrounds except little items as suggested above.

I attached two docs:

1: As you can see the cats are for a mobile app. In the right picture you can see about how big the cats should be. You can use the blank one on the left to see how they look in combination with the background and size.

2: The other doc is a reference sheet with styles we like.

Hi all, just a quick but huge thanks to everyone who submitted. Sorry that I couldn't give detailed feedback the last days. I am really impressed by the quality and creativity of the entries. Obviously a purely subjective decision is involved in choosing a winner from the top entries. I will make a poll among my friends and colleagues to help making my difficult decision. Just a quick update I upgraded the contest to guaranteed as there are some great entries. It would be great to see some more abstract approaches. More minimalistic. A few lines representing the ideas. Not fully drawn out bodies, maybe just the heads.
