The functionality for our website is fine, and we don't think it needs a layout change, but we need someone to make it look awesome. We basically need someone to take it out of the 90s look and make it suitable for today.
Ideally we'd like a responsive design (i.e. one that also works on mobile) along with the relevant html, css and js. However as an absolute minimum we could accept images and generate the rest ourselves. Please note, the actual functionality of getting the play buttons to work and create animations ... etc is not required. We're just wanting to update the look of the site.
The website is mapipedia.com.

There's a channel on youtube called mapipedia that goes over some detail on how to use the site as well as some examples of things that can be done with the site.

It's quite a complicated site so if you can think of ways to address that let me know, but the main priority is to change the look of what is already there.
Oh, and if you have any good ideas for a logo that would be awesome to (but the logo is a relatively low priority at this stage).

I know my website is confusing, which is part of the reason why I have put it on here to try and give it a new look and hopefully make it easier for people to use.
