I'm seeking a creative architect or designer to craft an innovative static home on wheels. This project requires strong expertise in space optimization that blends functionality with a modern aesthetic.

Project Overview:
We are seeking a visionary architect/designer to embark on a groundbreaking project: the creation of a static home on wheels.
The total size of the structure is 18m x 6m, with an internal height of 2.8m.
The unique feature of this design is its ability to split into two parts: a 10m section and an 8m section.
Each part must have a core section of 2.4m flanked by collapsible areas of 1.8m.
The entire structure, including walls, floors, and ceilings, will be constructed using sandwich panels (1.2m wide and 100mm thick).
The challenge lies in designing a system where these panels seamlessly slide into H metal beams or U channel beams.

Requirements:

Structural Design:

Create an innovative design for the static home on wheels, ensuring structural integrity, stability, and functionality.
Incorporate H metal beams or U channel beams to facilitate the sliding of sandwich panels.

Splitting Mechanism:

Develop a mechanism to split the structure into two parts while maintaining stability and ease of assembly.
Ensure the collapsible areas on either side of the core section are user-friendly and reliable.

Sandwich Panel Integration:

Design a system where sandwich panels seamlessly fit into H beams or U channel beams, allowing for a secure and efficient assembly.

Core Section Functionality:

Plan the core section to accommodate fixed elements such as toilets, kitchen, boiler room, etc. Optimize the layout for practicality and efficiency.

8m Part Layout:

Design the 8m section to include an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room.
Incorporate one shower/toilet room and a dedicated space for the boiler room.

10m Part Layout: Bedroom Designs:

Provide detailed plans for three bedrooms, maximizing the use of space while ensuring comfort and privacy. Remember about the core section (2.4m) in which you'll place all non movable parts.

You'll need to design lighting, sockets, doors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms (all that is required in a house). 2D and 3D plans/immages/video will be required for final version.

Creative Touch:

Infuse creativity into the design, considering aesthetics, innovative features, and a harmonious living experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in architectural design, particularly in innovative and unique projects.
Expertise in structural engineering and materials, with a focus on sandwich panels and metal beams.
Proficiency in CAD software for detailed planning and visualization.

Submission:
