Síntese do concurso

We are a facility management company and we have an application to manage the facility & people to collaborate each other who is living in the facility . The product name is "Socius". Socius is the root word for society. We are planning to have the tag line as "Society, you and us".

Requirement for logo:
1) We are looking for a logo which shall represent both facility (buildings) and people in it. i.e it shall represent our tagline. By looking at the logo, people should feel homely and connected.
2) Looking for green based primary color and matching accent color
3) Pls suggest two types of logos one with icon & text and another one lettermark (i.e if you can represent our requirement in the text "socius" itself).
4) Pls find attached a sketch, but we are looking similar representation in stylish way/ as per latest trend.
