This is a rebranding project, I have attached the companies current logo for inspiration but they want to move away from this concept.

Company Name: Casa Tina
Tagline: Fresh, Healthy Authentic Mexican

The client wants an AUTHENTIC festive Mexican style
*NO sombreros, donkeys tacos or margaritas in the design, please!!!

Look for traditional Mexican art and culture as your guide and inspiration for this logo.
Colors they like: Rosa Mexicana, Mexican Blue, Goldenrod, Purple
Logos they like: Patron Tequila, Don Julio Tequila
Target Audience: 25-55 / 60% female / 40% male
Luxury feel
Likes Mexican Peace Dove (maybe as an icon) See attached inspiration
Like Mexican line are (see attached inspiration)

Dear Sir,
Be aware of this "designer". #146 - is a copy-pasted work. I've just found this bird here:

Moreover, please, pay a close attention when it has been published there - 2017-03-23, and original designer of this - is someone whith nickname "morabira". Also, this bird is not a falcon or phoenix but an eagle, at least, that original designer stated so.
Patrick R. has already tried to submit copies in your contest before (please, see entries #54 and #63). Therefore, he is not an honest person. How can you trust him?
Of course, you can pick up his entry but then there may be some issuses with copyrights.

  It is true some of here are unfair. specially that Anthony A. is a thief. he makes me work for him pretending that he well pay me by the end of month. I submitted lots of works from him and by the end of the august he just left without paying me. and now he submitted my work which is entry #138. curse that S*n *f a B*tch hopefully he will be curse. please be aware of this person fellow freelancers. and help me report him

So the client has decided to go in a little different direction. She wants to keep it simple (one maybe two colors) and she wants the bird to be a "Quetzal" - think line art for this logo/icon

She wants the font to be a handwritten font similar to https://www.dafont.com/modernline.font?fpp=100&text=Casa+Tina or https://www.dafont.com/gardenisa.font?fpp=100&text=Casa+Tina

I said it before and I'll say it again.
Copying other people's work is a bad thing in graphic design. By doing so, you just show either your poor talent or lack of professionalism or even both. Stop doing so, guys, please! Please, take your time, use your own creativity and put your efforts how all professional designers do!

Today, after reading comments posted by Anderson G., I've checked the link he provided. He was right that the bird on #131 is just a copy. Moreover, I decided to make some research on it too and what I've found out (but not limited to):

Furthermore, I've checked timestamps and found out that this bird was uploaded on gograph in April, 2013, on canstockphoto - in May, 2013 and on shutterstock - in December, 2013. So, this bird is 7 years old at least.
