I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create a modern logo for the Baltimore Police EVOC Unit. I envision a police car (Ford Explorer) in a "burnout" position with smoke billowing behind. Relevant details are:

• Style: I prefer a modern design aesthetic. Your creativity and ability to incorporate this style into the logo is essential.

• Colors: The color scheme has not yet been decided. Thus, I am open to your professional judgment and suggestions for colors that align with the modern theme -- and, of course, visually complement the design.

• Text: The phrase "Baltimore Police" should curve around the top of the car image. Underneath the car, I want the text "EVOC Unit" displayed in a straight line. A proven track record in typography will be advantageous for this project.
