I need a chrome extension developer for my large project, but this contest is the hiring point of the bigger project. To show your skills, I need you to make a demo extension.

In summary, what I need for a demo extension is once the user clicks on the extension, it should open the popup page, and in that popup page, there should be a start button. If the user clicks on the start button, it should change the button text to "start" to "stop". Now the user is in the start mode so that it will monitor the page content, but the background.js should only run on this domain https://www.alarm.com/login.aspx. While browsing the website, if the website has "CUSTOMER LOGIN" text on the web page, it should change the color of the popup page and change the text of the popup button to stop from back to start text again.

APi's need to use are sendMessag and onMessage.addListener for background.js and popup.js communication .

  any specific text you want to, as this is just a demo extension. you can use check any random text and if it is on the page send the alert to the popup page and make the changes on the popup page as I mentioned in the description.
