<Technology Description>
This technology relates to the remote control of vehicle air conditioning units.
One of the problems with remotely controlling a vehicle's air conditioning system is that the volume of communication becomes enormous when attempting to control the air conditioning system by constantly monitoring the temperature inside the vehicle from a central server or other means. To solve this problem, after the air conditioning of a vehicle is started, if a specific part of the vehicle (interior, behind the front grille, engine coolant, etc.) reaches a predetermined temperature, the air conditioning is automatically stopped after a predetermined period of time has elapsed from that point. Since there is no need to monitor the temperature after the specified part of the vehicle reaches the predetermined temperature, the amount of communication between the center server and the vehicle is reduced.
