I’m looking for a specialist to Reorganize an apartment plan in order to optimize spaces.

I need some creative ideas as the apartment is only 100 mq and it’s still in construction phase so I can distribute the spaces as I want.

There is only 1 pillar that cannot be moved (I upload a map with the details of the pipes - where the wc can be installed - and other ideas I had on how to distribute the spaces but none of them are perfect).

I need some creative ideas but also realistic (which can fit in the spaces we have).

We need 2 rooms, 1 kitchen and living room and 2 toilets.

Living area or kitcken have to be preferably on the right side (facing the balcony) and the master bedroom in the up angle left, rest is customizable based on your ideas.
