The target audience for this piece (a "whitepaper" brochure--perhaps 4-pages) is senior executives at large US-based companies. Therefore, I need a brochure with a professional and corporate image.

Please do what you would like with the design and the layout. There are three key graphics (all of which are related, and should share similar structure/tone/feel). The tone of the document is professional looking and clean. All I ask is the wording stay the same. Other than that, please be creative with layout.

The main "draft document" that I am looking for you to recreate is: AlignmentRxProcess.pptx.

The pages of the whitepaper brochure may be:
Page 1: Show Pangea Logo and Title and Content. Layout the sections in a professional and visually appealing way. Feel free to use color/design as you see fit.

Page 2: Show Figure 1. Create this graphic image as you see fit. Please use the diagram I provided as basis for structure and content, but feel free to make this look better. Also, add an icon for each of the 8 items in the graphic. Also, show "Growth Process" Text/Content. Also show "Growth Diagnostic" Text/Content

Page 3: Show Figure 2 (no extra text/content). This is a rather busy graphic, so feel free to use very small font. Please try to make the titles of the 9 boxes be the most prominent text on the page (other than the title--title should be largest) Also, each of the 9 boxes should have a "scoring box"--consisting of two rows of 1 - 5 (see attached). If possible, please place the Pangea Logo somewhere on the page. Somewhere on the page, there should be a callout box showing the "Diagnostic Criteria". Also, somewhere on the page, there should be a matrix/table with "Effectiveness" on the X-axis, and "Impact" on the Y-Axis (see example). The upper right section of this table should be shaded to represent "Most Urgent Challenges".

Page 4: Show Figure 3 (no extra text/content)

I am looking for a designer who can give this brochure some life and personality.

I will have freelancer app on my phone open to answer any questions.

Deliverable should be AdobeIndesign source files and PDF version.

  I like the idea of a 17x 11 folded front and back brochure. That could be cool. I was actually thinking of a simple 4-page 8.5 x 11 document. The document will be printed and also be available for download from website....so, I would like the format to also work as a 4 page 8.5 x 11 PDF. Does that make sense?
