It is possible that the illustration do not define if the the text (also the title) is pronounced by the swimmer or the fish.

The title is Digitalization: Water is very nice, please come! (Can you swim?)

The text is pronounced by the man who is swimming in the picture. But it is the title as well. The title can be presented as in the second atttachment.

The title is Digitalization: Water is very nice, please come! (Can you swim?)
