[Cost] money bill, "i" as a tie (on the light background the space between A and L (tailored) looks like a shirt with tie). Opened for suggestions. Have a pleasant weekend :)

Hi Catalin,
Great work. Like the white background on this one as makes it different from the other banner. A few things to change:
- Rather than the "cost" as a bank note can we just have the first "E" of effective being a "£". Can the "cost" be in the same font size as "effective".
- Can we try a different colour than the yellow.
- Can the first "o" of "solutions" be a globe, like http://goo.gl/lEVUv
- Love the tie! :)
- Can the "n" in business be a line graph. Similar to this one http://goo.gl/KqBDN but without the monitor bit surrounding it.
Can you start on the final banner once this is done. Once done I will award you the project. :)
