I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a trifold brochure that serves to promote a our housekeeping/cleaning service to real estate agents. This should include:

- An in-depth focus on our product specifications
- Comprehensive details about services catered to assist real estate agents in selling houses

Your design must effectively illustrate:

- The features and benefits of our product and services
- Our contact information for inquiries

Ideally, you have experience in designing promotional materials and possess knowledge in real estate. A knack for presenting information in an engaging manner is highly desirable.

NOTE: I built a trifold in Canva and attached the screenshot. I like the color scheme and the content, but it does not look professional. I'm open to suggestions, NEW Ideas, or making this look better.

NOTE: I'm more so looking for DESIGN work and I will help you with the CONTENT. I do not expect you to make the content.
