I host a sports event annually called BocceFest. The event is approximately 50 teams competing in first a group/pooled play and then the top set of teams moving on to a single elimination tournament the same premise that soccer uses for the World Cup.

This is some impressive work! I've always wanted to do a shield crest for myself to improve my graphics skills and to make one for my volleyball team...does anyone have a great tutorial or tutorial site you could point me to? I'd be much appreciative.Thanks.

A common clarification I'm making is that the two designs should be similiar but slightly different. . Bounties (the red shield) are more tough, strong and should have more of an overall tough feeling to them. You get one for defeating/eliminating another team. An Award (green) is a good thing and comes when you do something right or hard and is more of a bonus and good feeling. Hope that helps!
