Hi, I hope you like my concept - it features a dining table/island combo in the kitchen and an informal living room, separated by an open sided fireplace and both overlooking the ocean. I chose your concept with the floating staircase as a base, I think it's the best one! The plan also has a playroom, open to the living area, and a formal dining room in the front, separated by cabinets. Please note that the exact position of the fireplace has to be chosen with the chimney going through the master bathroom on the second floor in mind. Best regards!
