A concept based design.
For management we need managers and managers need to keep an eye on its subordinates to get the things done in the right way so have given an eye to PF mark in our logo mark without compromising the professionalism of our logo design. Font used are INTRO and Sansation REGULAR both are professional fonts and free for commercial use.

I would not go ahead with the 'eye' as it represents a security company, however the concept is looking quite good as a base for improvement.
The way you have taken the ideas in the brief and applied them is good- 8 anos atrás
