Also, I am not sure how you control the order, but you might want to put one of the other backgrounds as the first shown logo, as I will ask colleagues to pick the logo they prefer also and 'like' it, and I don't think that the wood/stone grain back ground does your work justice.

looking better. The TGC could maybe be bolder, but I like that font over the other one.
