I need you to write about 6 cases each case has 6 different scenario as follow:

Instructions:
I- The project includes the following cases:

1. Case One: Request e-mail
2. Case Two : Reply to the request e-mail in case one
3. Case Three: Direct Claim letter
4. Case Four: Adjustment letter for the claim in case three
5. Case Five: Negative News Message to Employees
6. Case Six:: Giving Information Message

II- Provide the Writing Plan for each case before writing.

III- You should write not less than 200 words in each case excluding the writing plan.

IV- The research project should be submitted via MS Word file using Times New Roman font size 12.

V- Research projects will be checked for plagiarism (full copy or part of another person’s work). Research project with demonstrated plagiarism will be rejected completely with no chances of resubmission.

VI- The project should be submitted within the deadline of 30 Mai 12 PM cairo time (IMPORTANT).

Answer each of the following cases in not less than 200 words excluding the writing plan:

Case One: Request e-mail
1. You are Hassan Osman the Managing Director of Pyramids Technology; . You are considering improving the English language skills of your staff during the lockdown. Write an e-mail to Mansour Khalil, the Principal of Excel Foreign Languages Center, to request information about the ONLINE English language courses available, the duration of the course, levels, efforts, placement exam, and cost.

Case Two : Reply to the request e-mail in case one
2. You are Mansour Khalil, the Principal of Excel Foreign Languages Center; . Write a reply e-mail to the above request sent by Hassan Osman the Managing Director of Pyramids Technology.

Case Three: Direct Claim letter
3. You are Sammy Aziz, the owner of Advanced Computing, whose address is 21 Al Nozha St., Nasr City, Cairo. You bought a printer for your office three months ago from Computer Shop, 54 Mustafa Al Nahass St., Nasr City, Cairo. The printer is not functioning well and is causing a lot of trouble at work. It was sent to Computer Shop a month earlier because of the same problem and you have had it repaired. Write a letter to Mr. Nabil Fikry, the Customer Service Manager at Computer shop to ask him to replace this printer.

Case Four: Adjustment letter for the claim in case three
4. You are Mr. Nabil Fikry the Customer Service Manager at Computer shop, 54 Mustafa Al Nahass St., Nasr City, Cairo. Write a letter of adjustment to Mr. Samy Aziz, the owner of Advanced Computing, 21 Al Nozha St., Nasr City, Cairo, to inform him that you are going to replace his printer within ten days.

Case Five: Negative News Message to Employees
5. You are Taher Salem the HR Director of Sun International For Tourism. Write a memo to all your company employees to inform them that your company should cut down expenses due to some financial problems they are currently facing. Consequently, the employees will no longer enjoy free transportation, free health insurance and free meals at the company's cafeteria. They should pay 50% of the total cost of the above services.

Case Six: Giving Information Message
6. You are Sherif Fahmy, the CEO of Medical Union Pharmaceuticals. Write a memo to all your company employees to announce for them the safety measures your company will be taking at workplace to protect all employees against Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). You should give them instructions to be committed to all rules and regulations set by the company to get the workplace ready for COVID-19. This is to keep all workers safe during this pandemic as the shutdown is not an option.
