I’ve performed a lot of strategic analyses identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I’ve been applying techniques like business model canvas (with key resources and key activities as components of internal factors analysis), Porter’s five forces (in microenvironment analysis), PESTEL analysis (in microenvironment analysis). I'm an experienced business valuator, so I can "evaluate new business opportunities" not only in qualitative but also in quantitative terms. As a PhD in economics with specialty in operations research (applied mathematics), I’m quite good in working with numbers and MS Office (incl. Visual Basic for Applications coding skills). Some of my greatest strengths are critical thinking abilities and argumentation skills. One of my favorite critical thinking approach is the Devil’s Advocate technique. I often cooperate with business lawyers. My analytical expertise co-exists with my divergent thinking skills, particularly high across the elaboration dimension of creativity (i.e. the ability to adapt abstract ideas into realistic solutions).
