I have a the respective ready-to-use PSDs for each banner with all images sorted into clean groups to show the respective frames (some frames to be shown one after one). Pretty easy. Would need minimal animation (fade-in's / outs of graphics / texts) to make it look better. Banner needs to be 45KB max to be accepted by ad networks and repeat the animation 2 times before freezing the last frame. Delivery of .fla or .swi files alongside compiled .swfs required.

I have some very small, very old flash files that I cannot convert to html5 with the google converter or the adobe converter as the flash version is too old. I do have the .fla files but am unsure how to convert these to newer versions of flash so we can convert to html5. Approx 50 files at a guess, most 10k or less in size and very basic.
